Asset Flow ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

Asset Flow stores the following information locally on your device only.

• Media Files：Images, videos, audio files, and documents that you import into the app
• File Metadata：File names, sizes, dimensions, duration, codec information, and import dates
• Project Information：Project names, descriptions, categories, and organization settings
• App Preferences：Theme settings, accessibility preferences, and other customization options
• User-defined Tags：Custom tags and notes you add to organize your assets

2. How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored exclusively on your device.

• All data is stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework
• Media files are saved in the app's Documents directory
• Your data is excluded from iCloud backup by default
• No cloud synchronization or remote storage is used
• We do not have access to any of your stored data

3. Device Permissions

Asset Flow may request the following permissions.

• Photo Library (Read)：To import photos and videos from your device's photo library
• Photo Library (Write)：To save processed images and videos to your Camera Roll
• Local Network：To enable Wi-Fi file transfers from your PC or Mac on the same network
• Notifications：To notify you when downloads or file transfers are complete

All permissions are optional and requested only when you use the corresponding features.

4. Third-Party Services

Asset Flow includes a built-in web browser that allows you to download media from websites such as Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay. When using this feature.

• You are accessing third-party websites directly
• Those websites' privacy policies apply to your interactions with them
• We do not track or log your browsing activity

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously.

• All data remains on your device and is protected by iOS security features
• Wi-Fi transfers occur only on your local network and are not transmitted over the internet
• No user accounts or passwords are required
• We have no servers that store or process your data

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with anyone.

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not share data with advertisers
• We do not transmit any data to external servers
• The only data transfer occurs during local Wi-Fi transfers that you initiate

7. Children's Privacy

Asset Flow does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app is designed as a local media management tool and does not require any personal information to function.

8. Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data.

• Delete individual assets or projects within the app at any time
• Uninstalling the app will remove all stored data from your device
• Since no data is stored remotely, no additional action is needed to delete your information
